We have two wonderfully cosy, well equipped, ensuite rooms. These are situated in our recently refurbished Coach House set in our large, well maintained gardens. Both rooms come fully equipped with TV, hospitality trays, en-suite bathrooms.

The privacy and comfort of our rooms are 'second to none'. Guests have a key to their own door, and don't need to come through the main house. This is ideal for those staying for more than one night who wish to come and go throughout the day.

The Stable

(Wheelchair Accessable Room)

This ground floor room is finished to a high standard and provides all you need for a wonderful stay. The Stable is accessed via a ramp from your designated parking space directly into a fully glazed porched area which overlooks the garden and burn. The room is ideal for families as well as couples and is fully accessible for wheelchair users.

Sleeps - 2-4 (Twin bed + Double sofa bed)

Bathroom - Wet room shower, low level hand basin, toilet, handrails (toilet booster seat and shower chair available on request).

In Room - Digital TV, DVD Player, Tea & Coffee making facilities, Hairdryer, Alarm Clock & Central Heating.  


 

The Hayloft


This room is accessed via an outdoor staircase onto a lovely picturesque decked area overlooking the gardens and burn. There is a small porched area that leads into the beautifully decorated room with fabulous beamed ceiling.

Sleeps - 2-4 (Twin  bed + Bespoke adult bunk/wall beds a chance to relive your youth)

Bathroom - Walk-in shower, hand basin, toilet.

In Room - Digital TV, DVD Player, Tea & Coffee making facilities, Hairdryer, Alarm Clock & Central Heating.  

 

 

 

Our rooms are large and spacious and ideal for families. Children staying in the accomodation should be supervised by a responsible adult at all times due to the nature of the large rambling garden.
